Extensive computer experience starting at the Reserve Bank and subsequently with ADAPS, ICS Computing, CONTROL DATA, SPECTRUM RESEARCH, INFOCORP and REARK RESEARCH.
Installed the first Australian CATI system at REARK RESEARCH.
Formed OZ INFO in December 1989 specialising in CATI on Mico Computers. Responsible for day to day operations and all hardware LAN needs, software design and development (including OZQUEST) and support and training to market research companies

Technical Director - John Nielsen

Graduate of the Control Data Institute
Skilled in C, COBOL, VISUAL BASIC, JAVA, PERL Database development and Spreadsheet programming
Developed the OZQUEST and OZPRO packages for the sophisticated CATI users and enhanced cross tabulation reporting for management and decision makers. The full OZQUEST system is currently used throughout Australia and New Zealand by some of the most recognised market research agencies and many leading organisations.

Statistical & Systems Analyst - Dr. Kwee Phua

Ph D from Monash University, specialising in database management and statistical analysis.
Extensive programming knowledge across all major operating platforms: mainframes, UNIX, and IBM-PC systems.
Previously employed with Control Data, Reark Research and Infocorp before joining OZ INFO at its inception in 1990.
Responsible for sophisticated sample design as well as developing and writing client database systems. Specialises in C and Fortran programming. Experienced in multivariate analysis techniques, including regression analysis, conjoint analysis and other more sophisticated analysis systems.

Research Manager - Robyn Graham

B Sc (Psych) Double major Psychology & Social Research Methods
Has worked in all areas of research including interviewing, coding & keypunch. Has also trained interviewers in CATI Operation
Is now the Research Manager supervising staff in the data analysis section and is responsible for her own client base.

Field Manager - Rosie Briscoe

Rosie has worked extensively within the Market Research industry for 30+ years, holding many positions from Training Manager, Field Manager and Consultant, to Partner in Power Probe Research Services and Owner of Briscoe's Research.
Prior to owning her own business Rosie's experience was gained working for companies such as Reark Research, Nexus, Quantum, The Research Business and Wells Research.
Having previously worked closely with Bruce, it was a natural progression to join him at Oz Info in the role of Nation Field Manager.
Rosie is a full member of the AMSRS.
